1) How Do I Place My Order(s)?

2) When will my item(s) arrive?

Usually within 3-4 weeks time. [Subjected to changes, not liable]









3) Can I cancel/refund/exchange my order(s)?

No.
In the event of any disputes,
owner has the right to confiscate the payment of that particular spree-er.









4) Can I meet up with you to collect my item?

Meet up can only be at Boon Keng Mrt Station.
Handling fee of $3 will be charged.









5) Difference of Normal & Registered Postage.


** We strongly suggest Registered Postage
as there's a guarantee and packages will be handled with care.


Normal Postage: Items mailed to your mailbox.
We are not liable for lost/damaged packages.

Registered Mail: Items mailed straight to doorstep by postman.
Every item has a special code and can be tracked back easily.
Otherwise, the post office will be liable for any lost of packages.








6) Can I order different degrees for each lense?


Yes.

1. Degrees for left and right eye can be different.
2. Only for Myopia, not for Astig.








7) I have doubts about the Authenticity of the Lenses.



Many have started selling IMITATIONS and thus the lower pricing u might see outside.
The imitations would be unsafe for usage.


Dowager-Lenses assure the Authenticity of all of my lenses!

My supplier owns the original CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN
and original EMS from Korea as PROOF.









8) How long can my lenses last?


It's yearly lenses [2 pairs to last up to a year].

Usually each pair can last for about 6 - 12 months.
However, it depends on individual.









9) How can I take care of my lenses?



You will have to use Protein Remover Tablets
and a good Multi-purpose disinfecting solution.

10) My eyes are irritated.
Is there any probs with the lenses?


No, the lenses are suitable for most people.
It's either the way you handle your lenses that causes your irritation
or your eyes are sensitive and are not suitable to wear big eyes lenses.

If problem persists, please stop the usage of lenses.








11) There's so many brands & designs to choose from!
Which ones do you recommend?


I'm currently wearing Dueba Lenses and thus would recommend
this brand as it's both comfortable and natural.

In regards to the design, different people suits different types of colour,
so please do not ask me what colour am I wearing.

However, lenses with black circle on the outer layer
would make the eyes look much bigger and dolly.
